“Have a go Drmmers” www.letsgetdrumming.co.uk Neil suggests his team will have the participating public ready to roll by 12 noon? A first time with us, lets get drumming has been an instant hit at several local events this year, we’re hoping to organise our own Drum Corp, so we’ve BOOKED ’EM!

Oak Tree Farm is home of the Trentside Saddlebacks, a small traditional family run business located in  Nottinghamshire in the heart of Robin Hood country, situated close to the pretty rural village of Normanton-on-Trent. They have provided the hog roast now for several years, hopefully we’ll see them again in 2014?  Find out more at www.trentsidesaddlebacks.co.uk

Simply Archery delivers archery training to everyone.  Based in Ollerton, they are very keen supporters of the St. George’s Day  Celebration Group (Both Len & Marilyn Worrell have been helping organise the event for many years) They continue to support and sponsor, introducing everyone to the excitingly modern, yet utterly traditional sport.  For more information, visit their website: www.simplyarchery.com

The Event wouldn’t be the same without The Forestry Commission, with the help of local Community Ranger Amy Chandler, her commitment to the St George’s Day Celebrations includes pulling the dragon in the parade, then with  ”Hands on Stuff”, making things with the Kids. Hopefully this continued support will continue?

History Survives brings living history to our celebration. The Event First Aider will set up a medieval field hospital/first aid post with Monk/Knight/Nurse(all one person!) and an apothecary, with the opportunity for children to have a go at making medicine.(all very safe!)
