Who’ll be there

The following Organisations & Groups attended the 2015 event:

“The Knights Of Skirbeck” where in force, setting up a small enclave, from where they  plyed their trade of Damsel saving and Dragon slaying! View program & past exploits @  www.knightsofskirbeck.co.uk

“Have a go Drmmers” www.letsgetdrumming.co.uk Neil suggests his team had the participating public ready to roll @ 12 noon.  A second time with us,  ”lets get drumming”  was again well accepted..

The Event wouldn’t be the same without The Forestry Commission,    www.forestry.gov.uk/visit with the help of local Community Ranger Amy Chandler, her commitment to the St George’s Day Celebrations includes pulling the dragon in the parade, then with  ”Hands on Stuff”, making things with the Kids.

“Blunderbus” A local theatre group who have in the past been a great success, kindly volunteered to perform several sessions  including “Hugless Douglas” & “Duck in a Truck” their help was much appreciated see www.blunderbus.co.uk

Oak Tree Farm is home of the Trentside Saddlebacks, a small traditional family run business located in  Nottinghamshire in the heart of Robin Hood country, situated close to the pretty rural village of Normanton-on-Trent. They have provided the hog roast now for several years,  agreed to be with us again www.oaktreefarms.co.uk

 Kneesall C of E School  supported the day hopefully raised  ”a few bob”?  www.kneesalloutofschoolclub.org
